Southcoast Welding & Manufacturing specializes in the fabrication of all metals and all thicknesses.
Our fabrication services include CNC Water Jet Cutting, CNC Plasma Cutting, Angle Iron and Tube Rolling, Metal Forming, Pipe Notching and Rolling, Press Forming and Braking, Plate Rolling and specialized welding.
Our welders are certified to Military, ABS and AWS Standards, with the ability to weld all processes SMAW, FCAW, GMAW and GTAW. Our welders are trained and experienced in all aspects of welding ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
CNC Water Jet Cutting
Southcoast offers precision water jet cutting. With our Flow Mach 500 state of the art water jet, we can precision cut any material from 1/16” to 12” thick with exacting precision: + / – .0254mm ( + / – .001 inch). Our 6 foot x 13 foot cutting area allows us to take any size project.
Whether you are prototyping one off parts or producing large quantities of parts with 94,000 psi of pressure, we will get you parts done significantly faster and at an overall lower cost.
